International market leader’s Marketing Strategy

Furthering on from their 14-year strong relationship with L&P, Pancosma have again enlisted our services, this time to create a new marketing strategy for them.
Pancosma is a Geneva-based business that develops, manufactures and distributes animal nutritional products to 46 countries worldwide and boasts over 60 years experience in the industry. Through extensive R&D, Pancosma is able to produce ‘caring quality nutrition’; caring for not only the animals, but also their customers and the environment. Pancosma is renowned for its innovative approach to new product developments and is the international market leader in the supply of products to the animal feed industry.
Following hours of interviews with senior staff, board members, customers and industry commentators, we were able to assess both the strengths and weaknesses of Pancosma from an independent point of view. From there we began to conceive a new marketing strategy to address practical issues in their very volatile market.
