Brand Refresh for the Wash House

Working with white goods retailers The Wash House, we have developed new company branding and marketing campaigns, which encapsulate their excellent customer service. The campaigns included: in-store collateral (wallets, leaflets, window vinyls, banners and posters), direct mail and advertising in local and regional press.
Knowing that first impressions count, Lawrence & Pierce devised visual identity, using strong colours and imagery to depict their four areas of operation: washing, cooking, freezing and design.
Since implementing their new branding, they have introduced their Lifetime Labour Plus guarantee, which ensures no more maintenance costs for customers. This offer relates to the product purchased and one other item, regardless of where it was bought: including other outlets! In addition, the company also offers free delivery and installation by a Corgi registered fitter.
